So no I dont think Spidermans game for PS4 needs to be cancelled.
Sure there is no guarantee it will sell but they already invested alot of money and abandoning project would mean 0% chances to get money back while investing some more (20-35%) more with chance for siginificant profit (and even if it wont sell well this extra invested money have huuge chance to return). :p Why would commercial success of one fighting game where Spidey is just one of characters have to affect completely different genre game with Spidey as main hero which were in developement even before MvCI got announced? I dont think MvCI will hurt Spidermans adventure game much and I dont think it would be wise to just forget about more than half finished game and reject potential profit from releasing it. Yeah because the failure of one game means they going to cancel a game that has been in development for 3+ years, which is being funded by different people with a different developer and publisher. I'm a little suprised that Spiderman even is getting a PS4 title. & the entire Marvel Franchise dies with this Game, as no future Marvel Game will be released, at least this year anyhow, no E3 or any Game launch will be discussing Marvel at all.
